How can the postings of dozens of individuals who lost thousands of dollars
to "the people they have hired" be "garbage" when it is so well documented?

I thought this board (not a blog, BTW) was for sharing information about
student travel opportunities; which companies run successful educational
tours and those which do not; as well as bringing to light dishonest
operators. Perhaps those posters upon whom you are venting your rath are
simply questioning a company's wisdom in hiring two individuals under
investigation (for a second time) for fraud; something that has nothing to do
with them being "cheated and duped," but rather for cheating and duping.
