    Our group trip was cancelled in April or May of 2004 while the
    business was operating as Travel Selections. Our trip was
    scheduled to leave in June of 2004. No refunds for anyone in
    our group. Mr. Hanson either does not respond or tells you a
    bunch of lies. Mr. Maloof's assistant (Norma) also a bunch of
    lies. Actually told twice my refund was in the mail. Have
    filed complaint, after complaint, to all the appropriate
    agencies. You are very lucky to have received a trip. Do NOT
    do business with International Grand Tours, Mr. Ron Hansen, or
    Mr. Joe Maloof.
