Uhhh, so my math is not great but:
$6 per day x 30 people in a group = $180.00 per day? Tax free? In
addition to your (paltry) salary? This is independent of the Bus Driver
(s) and local guides? Nice work if you can get it! Maybe I
misunderstood.

I operate my own tour company and the students/adults do not pay any
tips; I take care of that on my end. I can judge whether the suppliers
have delivered their services to my exacting standards, regardless if
the client is satisfied.

'Inclusive' is a relative word. I hate to say it but this looks like
just another way for the big guys to 'pass the buck'.
