Re: ACIS, NETC or passports

I just returned from a trip with NETC. I was very impressed with them and would travel with them again. There were problems at the airport due to weather. We missed our connecting flight and had to spend the night in an unknown city and had to fly standby the next morning. They were on the phone advising me what to do throughout it all. We arrived 1 day late for our tour. There was a representative waiting for us at the airport and made sure we caught up with the other school we were touring with. They kept in touch with me and the tour director constantly. The tour director adjusted the tour slightly so we would not miss out on anything. The main office in Boston and the local office called the tour director the next morning (while we were touring) to make sure we were okay and didn't encounter any other problems. This was my first experience on a student trip. What could have been a disaster was avoided due to the staff at NETC. I will definitely travel with them again!
