Ah, but for what purpose? For her to convince me or for me to convince

Things do sometimes go wrong on trips. We always tell the kids in advance
that at least 3 things will go wrong on the trip. That is what makes it an
adventure. If this was the fault of EI maybe she should post her story
here. (I do not expect a bad hotel, poor food, bad bus, bad tour director
or other things under the control of the travel company.) Heavens knows
that EF can do a lot of really bad things, but when I read a number of the
complaints, (not just here) some of them are the fault of the organizing
teacher in charge or inexperienced chaperons.
They ARE small, but sometimes that can work in your favor. After all, EF is
the largest company. I'm not saying EI is the best, just decent and worth
comparing. The owners are former NETC people.
