You must be one of the few. My trip was horrible, the Tour
Director was very inexperienced and the hotels 2 out of 3
hotels weren’t even in the city as promised. My flights had 2
very long layovers and when I called their office they were
rude. We enjoyed the cooking class, but the other activities
were a waste of time.
We also got hit with a very large fuel surcharge at the last
minute. NETC was highly recommended to me and I was very
disappointed. After our trip my coworker found out they have
a bad service rating with the Better Business Bureau in Boston
and are have major financial troubles. I guess the guy who
runs the company; Maguire has had another company go under as
well.
It doesn’t matter to me who recommends then I won’t ever try
them again. My students really lost out because we took a
chance with NETC.
