They will cancel your tour if you insist that they explain their added charges or go to bat for your students. They canceled our college tour saying that there was no one to consolodate with as our group of 20 is not large enough to take our own bus. We have been planning this tour for over a year. Vacation times were set, tickets in Florence and Rome have been purchased for special venues and EF cancels us. Having traveled with students for many years, it is really obvious when a company is blowing smoke and EF does it as though they are proud of it. EF is the champion of "added fees". Be careful because they will quote one price and charge another. I've had it with their unwillingness to accommodate because of their inflexibility. They should be PF for Profit First, not EF for Education First. Unfortunately, we can do nothing. They have become arrogant and condescending.
