Dear Courtnay, Thank you very much for your email. My name is Miguel A. Pineiro and I知 a Regional Manager for South and North America working for EF International Language Schools. I知 very sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your trip 6 months before you were supposed to start the same. I have worked with Krista for quiet some time and she is one of the most customer service oriented people that I have worked with in a long time. I知 very sorry if there was any misunderstanding with Krista but believe me that she is always great with customers. It is my understanding that she provided you with all the necessary information to request your visa, unfortunately, embassies only allow the person who is applying for the visa to mail documents or to step into the embassy so we as a company can not do much about it except for being helpful providing information about the visa process. Unfortunately, the application and the cancellation fees are non refundable and that is specified in the Terms and Conditions that come with the application form that you signed but I would like to encourage you to re think your position and continue with your plans to study abroad with EF in September. I think this would be a fantastic opportunity for you to know another country and make friends from all over the world. EF has been teaching languages for over 40 years and today we are proud to say that we are a world leader in international education. More than 4 million of students have traveled with us and once again I would like you to re consider your position and give it another chance.
