Shame on EF; did those students that did make it to Rome get to continue on their tour or were they flown home? I can't believe you are not being offered a cash refund. I would e-mail the EF President at www.marth@eftours.com and let it be known that you are in touch with your attorney and the BBB and you won't rest until you receive a complete cash refund and a voucher to boot!! Since you paid for the "All-Inclusive Insurance Plan", I would call EF at 1- 800-665-5364 and asked to be sent a copy of the policy to see just what your rights are as far as tour cancellation goes, when it is EF and NOT you that is canceling. Don't give up; hound them to death until justice is served!!!
