    As long as you are shopping you should take a look at Prometour's
    website - they do Costa Rica - I tried them for the first time this
    year and was very pleasantly surprised. They tailored my program to
    some of my special requests, and the guide in Costa Rica really knew
    his stuff....I'm trying Europe with them next year.
