Post: We Found The Most Profitable Fundraiser Yet

Posted by Daniel Hatcher on 9/27/08

We found a fundraiser that made us laugh at first. We
thought there is no way this will work. Then we heard
about a Boy Scout Troop of 71 kids that had a $30,000+
sale. And that was their first year to do it. Their second
year they sold $50,000+. Last year, they did a $73,000+
    sale! With 71 sellers!

My own daughter Hannah, who usually sells $70 - $80 worth
of cookie dough to the neighbors, went to 8 of the same
neighbors and 7 of them bought $196 worth of Interstate
Batteries! That's right, Batteries! How weird is that?

The thing is, when you think about it... Can you name one
person you know that doesn't use batteries? People get
emotional about their batteries too! If the batteries die
in the remote control, dad will take the batteries out of
the kids Xbox controllers to get it working again. If the
kids batteries die in their games they bug mom who will go
to the store at midnight to replace them! You know it's
    true!

Anyway, what this amounts to is that the schools and groups
doing batteries are selling an item that
    1.) EVERYONE needs and uses
2.) At a price that is what they would pay at the store
3.) They would be the only one in town selling them as a
    fundraiser!

No more being the 3rd one out with cookie dough or
    Christmas Wrap.

If you are at least somewhat curious about how batteries
might put a charge back into your fundraising efforts, go
to our Interstate Batteries Page at AIM Fundraising's
    website.

I look forward to seeing you there!
