There are 2 types of categories that you should be looking
into. One is the religious organizations that offer these
type of grants and the other category would be those
organizations that offer grant programs that have to do with
physical health. I don't know if you know it or not but
there is a very big concern about obesity and the lack of
exercise among the young so there are grant programs for
this.
