Post: SICK BETTA

PLEASE HELP!! I have a Betta that is about 18 months old.
I noticed a very round bulge on his right side. Info on the
internet indicated it could be constipation. I tried the
pea thing but he will not eat it. Under direct light his
scales seem to be SLIGHTLY raised. I am not sure if it is
dropsy or just the swelling doing this??? Please help. I
changed his tank water 2 days ago. I am using a medicated
fish food (started tonight) and added aquarium salt to his
water which he seemed to like.
