Re: aims web for reading assessment?
Posted by l on 5/07/06

I use AIMSweb (www.aimsweb.com) extensively in my schools.
We've been using it for 3 years now in our schools. (I am a
school psychologist). It is an incredible tool and once
implemented, I find that teachers, psychs, admins, and
especially parents find it incredibly useful and helpful.
It's very inexpensive, too, and all of your materials are
included right in the web-based software. It also fully
aligns with NCLB and IDEIA, which makes determining special
education eligibility (and gifted) much, much easier!
