Post: Party Planning?!

Posted by Not a party girl on 11/14/07

Any ideas on how to plan an exciting party for students?
It's my first year of teaching and am sticking close to the
    curriculum.

4th graders have finished reading "Charlie and the Chocolate
Factory" and will be having a party. Any good game
suggestions? Any creative ideas to add some spice to the
party? (As of now, we have students scheduled to bring in
treats and act out scenes from the book.) I'm just looking
    for a few more ideas.

    Thanks!
