    Appendix A: Survey Questionnaire for Educators
    The following questions refer to your personal experiences
    in the classroom with children that have been identified as
    red shirt or delayed Kindergarten entry. Please answer the
    questions based on the following scale: 1 = strongly
    disagree; 2 = disagree; 3 = neither agree nor disagree; 4 =
    agree; 5 = strongly agree.
