Tried to post this as a new post but could not.
I braved a 250 miles trek across North Carolina, from
Greensboro to Bryson city, driving my 32 foot rv and towing a
jeep patriot.
I survived.
No one was killed but an obnoxious chump in a van tried to cut
me off when I made a lane change got a severe experience and
might have seen his life flash before his eyes. My friends who
were following me in another car sear he deserved it.
I gained a true appreciation of how big truck drivers feel. Had to
plan every lane change about half a mile ahead of time. Getting
off at an interstate exit was an experience. Had to find places
where I could make a 360, particularly with a jeep in tow..
BUT....
I am now safely parked in an rv park in bryson city, where I plan
to stay for awhile. And I like it here.
Should have done this awhile ago....
