None here either. The only family on our street with kids is the
family that everyone else wishes would move, haha! I suspect
they took their kiddies elsewhere as no one would open the door
to the 'problem neighbors'. (It's the adults who are the
problem, not the kiddies!)
We really don't ever get trick-or-treaters here, which is fine
by me. I don't need any excuse to put candy in the house.
It was good weather for the 6-8pm beggars who did go out in
other neighborhoods, dry and not cold, I hope they had fun and
got a good haul.
Sunday I took down all the October decorations and put out the
Pilgrims and turkeys to enjoy until it's time to start Christmas
decorating.
Made a pumpkin cake which turned out very tasty with some added
nuts, oatmeal, and dark chocolate chips. My fall treat.
