As far as I know, there are no rules for this board other
than civility and an expectation that posters are retired
teachers. I remember that Jeannie has posted her feelings
about this in the past (when others have posted about things
more controversial than the weather and vacations), and
several other longtime members of this board generally agree
with her. I enjoy posts that make me think as well as those
that "uplift". If you want a constant diet of sweetness and
light, the Hallmark Channel runs 24 hours a day.
