Actually, there are many things. At the moment it's being sick
without the worry of sub plans etc. DH and I both have this
horrible crud that is going around in our area. Tomorrow I will
find out if it's pneumonia. Also DH will go in. Anyway, not
having to worry about school is really, really nice.
And about school, what I miss no longer exists. I wouldn't be
happy with it now. Got into and out of it exactly at the right
time. Lucky there and for many of us here.
But the good stuff is endless:
No meetings, report cards, cums, IEP's, SST's, night time events,
and for me not having a long commute
Getting up when I want
No pressing schedules
Being able to travel off season
Being able to take off any time we want
Exercising more and being in better shape
And on and on
And yes, as positive person said, "Freedom!"
