What's to feel guilty about? You put many years in. Almost
everyone I knew across my former district is either retired or
about to retire. It would be difficult to be with a staff 20 or 30
years younger. And in 20 years many of those will be thinking
about retirement. Go out and enjoy and if you miss anything
about it, you can always volunteer.
