I am not going to make light of your situation. I have been in
Alaska for several years and I too am looking for a job again.

I left my last job because of personality issues with the
incoming administrator. I knew there would be conflicts and
gracefully bowed out.

However, I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. I am
now in a district that is undergoing a self-destructive
conflagration that is unbelievable in it's scope and magnitude.
I have never seen a group of adults so gleefully destroy a
school district. If it weren't for the children it would almost
be amusing.

Sooo, to make a long story short... I am looking for a very
small school. I am hoping to find one of those tiny schools that
only have 3-4 teachers.

Don't give up. There are great places out there
