i've always felt bad that no one responded to you (but
perhaps you got private msg) when i've checked back here once
a month at the most ! i hope you have found www.city-
data.com - with its forums the best research place i've seen
for any area of the country large or small 24 hours a day -
people who live where you are researching will chime in.
