Each system sets it's own sub pay. Wealthier systems like Mountain
Brook, Vestavia, Homewood and Hoover pay $80-90 a day. Poorer
systems (like mine) only pay $40, which isn't even minimum wage.
(We have a horrible problem getting substitutes! Wonder why?)

The last poster had the best advice: Call and find out.
