My advice would be to go to www.alsde.edu which is the state
website and click on "Teach Alabama". This will give you
instructions for submitting information online which can be
sent out statewide or to areas you specify. Ft. Rucker is in
Dale County. My system (St. Clair) uses this to hire our
teachers and I think a lot of other systems do too. You can
also check where job openings are. Good luck.
