I am currently supervising ISS for our schools in Crowley County
Colorado, I am looking for ways to improve our program. Could you
please send me a list of your rules so I can compare them to mine.
Maybe add a few more to our program. I think that the thing that gets
me is that students are telling people that ISS is fun, at first I
thought it was just so friends would think that it was no big deal,
but I had a couple of kids tell their parents that. I don't understand
that. They are not allowed to talk, must stay on task and have no
    social interaction at all. Confusing.
