    Dr.Green here please me your rule so I can compare to what we are
    currently using here in my District in Southwest Georgia...we use ISS
    as an alternative method of education not as a punishment and I have
    about 18 Students per day at the Middle school where I have been in
    charge both at the High Scholl and now at the Middle School. Please
    send me your rules all of you can send some if you want to I am open to
    all suggestions.
