I don't think there is a specific recruitment fair for NW
Arkansas. There's a state-wide one in Little Rock in June, maybe?
The big four districts do A LOT of hiring from the MAT
graduates that intern in their district. Unless you have a
shortage qualification, and here that's really only severely
handicapped special ed, you might have to go into the sub pool
to get yourself known in the district before you get a
full-time position. Just a warning.
