You know, it depends how easy you need it to be. No, NW Arkansas doesn't have the
shortage of teachers some areas do, but we see plenty of new teachers every year. Can
you stand to sub for a while and get to know the people who hire? Could you tolerate
working at something else for a semester while you work on your job search? If so, then
you don't have to be discouraged. If ease of finding a job is your #1 priority, this is not
your #1 best place, but it's a wonderful place to live. Sometimes things that are not that
easy are still worth doing.
