    In Dysart the superintendent stated that any competent teacher can
    handle a classroom of up to 40 pupils. I had 18 emotionally
    disturbed students in a special ed classroom (high school level).
    Against the law in any other state besides being very dangerous.
    Ever wonder why the state ranks so low in academic performance.
