Do you mean "How do we get a law passed that puts a cap on
class size?"
I don't think that right now, considering the political
climate, that anything like that would have a snowball's
chance in hell of passing, but I would imagine there are a few
things you can do in order to get it some airtime.
I would start with talking to your local professional
organization, if you are a member. They have amazing
connections with local politicians who are pro-public
education.
You might also want to check out Penny Kotterman's website.
She is planning to run for Superintendent of Public
Instruction.
