empty locker room.
In our district, they own guns and knives and know how to use
them.
There are legitimate reasons for not reporting.
Yes, it's illegal not to report. We all get that.
That's only one reason why we don't want to visit our students'
home.
Let the admin. tag along and let THEM report.
