    Post: Reporting
Posted by: Wants to do the right thing on 11/06/09

Is there a law out there where, if you report something,
you will remain anonymous? There is a serious situation
happening and our boss is doing nothing about it. This
person is still working but he violated something. There
has been talk of letting the district know, but many
teachers were told that in order for them to even hear the
complaint, you have to identify yourself.

Teachers are hesitant to say anything beccause of this. If
word gets out as to who told the district, there is fear of
repercussion at work. I know repercussion is illegal but,
let's think realistically. We need our jobs and none of us
    can afford an attorney.

Does anyone have any suggestions or websites that show that
you CAN remain anonymous when reporting something?
