In answer to your question, the answer is simple IF you are a
member of the Arizona Education Association. We have
procedures and protections (ie-legal counsel) in place for
members to do exactly this. There are printed documents that
explain the process, AND people whose job it is (in addition
to a full
on-does-only-school-law-for-the-benefit-of-the-MEMBER--not the
DISTRICT)to help you with this.
But -- if you haven't chosen to be a member of the AEA through
your local -- you can do that and then get access to our
services.
If you are a member of the Association, talk to your local
officers who will put you in contact with your OC who will
help you from there.
My dues dollars are the best dollars I spend all year.

If you consider yourself a Professional -- you should be a
member already as a matter of course. If you do consider
yourself to be a Professional (and not a glorified
babysitter), & aren't a member yet -- what are you waiting
for?
