I have heard of this legislation that was passed. Do you know when this
bill that allows a district to lower a teacher's salary? Are these
legislators living in the real world and are they aware that there are
not many people that would realistically take a job where the salary
could be lowered each year. I would like to know the legislators that
voted this in.

Posts on this thread, including this one
