    By the way, would you choose a convicted felon to teach if that was all
    that you knew about them? I don't think so. Now it may be the case that
    if you knew them then you might think they would be the best teacher.
    But if you don't know them why would you take a chance? That is not
    being prejudiced, that is just playing the odds.

    Like if I was playing the odds, I would say Ali is an arab from North
    Africa or has some ancestry there. Maybe true, maybe not true. But not a
    bad guess. And if he isn't, then I would say that he is an Arab from
    somewhere else or a black man. You make educated guesses about people
    you don't know because otherwise you are going through the world blind.
    When you get more information, then you alter your hypothesis. What
    don't you get about that?

    We all go through this world making decisions on limited information.
    There is not another choice besides making decisions in complete
    ignorance which is not an improvement over the former. Unless you are a
    politically correct Polly Anna.
