The search is going ok, I've only had one interview out of the 40-some positions I've applied for. I hadn't interviewed in about 2 years so I was rusty, needless to say it didn't go as well as I had hoped but now I know the kinds of questions I'll be asked. I will have to sub another year and be vigorous about talking with every principal every chance I get. It's all about who you know, right?
