    Tech Ed and Educational Technology are two different things!!!
    Tech Ed is high school. The Ed Tech teacher teachs woodshop,
    drafting, etc. Technology positions are very rare and hard to
    find in CT. Many schools don't have the funding for those
    positions or programs. Many Library Media Specialists are the
    "go-to tech teacher." Good luck!
