Good morning, I am an Art teacher in Monroe, Ct. I love
teaching the arts to my students, grades K-6th. I have many
years of wonderful stories with my students. The most life
changing for me was last year, one of my students went into
full cardiac arrest, ( I am also a trained EMT) I was
teaching a class and the next thing I was doing was full CPR,
AED, inserting an airway and with the help of two other
teachers, we saved her LIVE! From that experience, our school
is now 100% CPR trained. Aren't teachers amazing! She
returned to school a few weeks later and is one of my many
student again this year ! I also love Martha Stewart and would
absolutely love to meet her. I have created so many things
over the years through her influence. Teachers make such a
huge difference in childrens lives in so many ways ! Thank
you, Alice Pulliam
