    I would be very careful about DE. It seems the current
    administration is very anti education. They gave a raise to
    every state employee except those in education. Then this
    year they gave every state employee a 10 pecent pay cut
    including teachers. DE has the most private schools than
    anywhere I have ever heard of. I think this is one of the
    reasons why public education in DE gets bled dry all the
    time. Anyone in DE gov't sends their kids to private so they
    don't seem to care about public schools what so ever to them
    its just another expense that they don't need.
