Post: Conflict of Interest--SBOE and Florida legislators

    tampa teacher

    Posted on 6/22/09

Should Mr. Fair be allowed to be president of the SBOE
when he started charter schools in Florida and has
financial and personal ties to several charter schools?

Should Florida legislators like McKeel, Alexander, and a
St. Pertersburb legislator be allowed on educational
committees if they have financial ties to charter schools?

Should USF have input to state funding of RTI when there
are several Florida Representative who work for USF which
makes millions off of RTI each year?
