I teach at a rough school so called "excel". The first two month are
crucial you intimidate and punish the students daily for any
insubordination no matter how small it is. Do I like it to be a son of a
b*tch, absolutely not, does it work absolutely yes. Does it increase the
test scores? Hell no. Might be a little bit. Does it make my life easier,
hell yes.
All the administration cares; can you keep your class in order. Harry
Wong wouldn't survive an hour in my class. Does it make me a good
teacher? absolutely not. Is there a better solution? Tell me, please.
Am I trying to move to a better school? For years. I am a math teacher at
Miami Dade at a school at Carol City. By the way what happened to the
shortage of math a science teachers?
Love you all
