The inner city charter school permitted the founder to get
big money to run the elementary school despite the fact
that Linda Kipley, Director of Professional Standards knew
she was a felon. Finally with black parents pulling their
children out of the school and the massive turnover of
teachers and poor performance of the school over the last
few years, they will be shutdown. Kipley is primarily
concerned about jumping down the throat of teachers for
minor esoteric issues. She has a private secretary and a
professional staff of four. I doubt she will be called on
the carpet by the board most of whom are passive at best.
