    Wow! You seem to have found the jackpot of bad
    administrations. I've taught for 15 years--all of that split
    between two counties and four schools. The first two
    schools/first county were rough...unsupportive
    adminstrations. The third school was heaven for the first,
    say, 6 years and then pretty rough for the last 3 I was there
    (change of administrators). My current school is great!

    As for academic coaches, every one I ever met has been
    supportive, helpful, and friendly. They're their to help
    teachers, not order them around.

    If you truly love teaching--meaning what goes on inside the
    classroom--then you should keep searching for a school that
    fits you.
