I don't believe in A+ money at all. I'm at an A+ school out of pure
luck: they just happened to hire me. I'm sure I'm not working any
harder than the teachers at the B and C schools. In fact, I bet a lot
of "A+" teachers wouldn't survive at B, C, D or F schools. I think the
whole thing is unfair.
