Biggest issues for me: even with the housing fall, I still don't
make enough to buy something (most houses cost $160,000, bank will
only offer me $100,000 or $127,000). The pay stinks until you're at
the end of your career. Lay-offs and surplussing (been through
both), kids who have their parents whipped, administrators who have
never taught my grade level and therefore have no idea what they're
talking about, being forced to stick to the textbook with every
teacher forced to be on the same page on the same day, and
disrespectful parents/kids. Many of my parents are very entitled.
Twice this year they've walked in without an appointment, then were
surprised I couldn't get a translator for them instantly!

If it weren't for the kids I'd be so outta here it's not even funny.
