Starting salary in my district is 37,300. Times are rough but
people do get hired. A suggestion, try to get hired at a
"recruitment" event...it is common for Florida districts to
recruit from other states because they like to have teachers
from various universities... It could be easier to get a job
that way; you would be on the same yearly contract stuff and
all the new problems education has inherited from those who do
not teach but make up the rules!!!
