There are approximately 140 schools in PB County, and you
would be interviewed by the principal/AP(s)/teacher(s), so
it's impossible to tell you what types of interview questions
they ask. They'll ask about classroom management,
differentiation of instruction, curriculum questions, typical
interview questions for teaching. They'll probably give you
a few scenarios and ask what you would do. I believe there
is a hiring freeze, probably well into summer, until all of
the excessed teachers have been placed. With ESE cert, you
could probably get a job in a title I school, but it depends
on how badly you want a job and how tough you are, honestly.
How much can you take?? The pay stinks and morale is
generally very low, for a good reason, dvdn in the "A"
schools. : (
