
Excellent observation and very true...Did anyone notice that the entire staff
in Newtown, Conn was female? This is by design as Administrators feel women
are more submissive and less likely to make demands of the Board or of the
Principal than men.What profession do you know that is almost exclusively one
gender? Not doctors Not police Not soldiers Not flight attendants Not
Pediatricians!!! Not FBI agents Not College Instructors Men are selected OUT
in the interviewing process, thus few male teacher in Elementary...especially
in Florida
