Making a new thread for the reply because the other FLVS thread is far down the page.

FLVS was pretty much the worst experience of my life. I cannot express to you how happy I am to be back in the traditional classroom.

I would, literally, rather have root canals on all of my teeth than have to spend another day there.

My IL at FLVS was an absolute nightmare. S/he was deceptive, rude and highly unethical, yet remains an FLVS favorite by the higher-ups. S/he would have done ANYTHING to stay golden.

The people in the schoolhouse were afraid of him/her and would never say anything against him/her. Not only that, but the atmosphere in the schoolhouse was also a special brand of toxic. The paranoia, backstabbing and outright lying were out of control. Looking back, their behavior is almost comical.
